Local School Clubs & Collections-Staff Only

  • Club Application Forms must be submitted to Richard Lau, SAC, and authorized by the Principal prior to dues collection.
  • Money Raising Forms must be submitted to the SASA, and authorized by the Principal prior to the fundraising event.
  • Field trip collections are to be made at least 10 business days prior to the event date. Collections for admissions and bus transportation must be on separate collection sheets for separate deposits.
  • Bus transportation fees are non-refundable.
  • Collection Forms: keep a copy for your records prior to submitting for deposit.
  • All Deposits must be turned in to the Accounting Office the day of collection, prior to 3:00 pm. Be prepared to allow time and wait for your deposit verification. After 3:00 pm, please wait till the next business day. Advance notice that you will be bringing in a deposit is appreciated. Collection amounts must be accurate. Overages and shortages are the responsibility of the collector and deposits with errors will be returned for correction.
