School facilities closed to students until at least April 30th. Student enrichment activities to begin March 30th.

Based on the latest guidance and information from health officials and our elected leaders, the Hawai‘i
State Department of Education (HIDOE) will be aligning with the emergency orders directing residents
statewide to remain at home and work from home through April 30. This means school facilities will be
closed to students until at least April 30 and traditional in-school instruction is on hold until schools

MUSTANGS Spirit Week--April 6-13

Participate in all of our activities and challenges and earn
a PRIDE point for each post on Facebook or Instagram.
Be sure to tag @kalaheohighschool and #kalaheomustangs.

Each weekend, we will pull a name out of the bucket to win a gift card. Winners will be posted on Mondays.

Advanced Placement (AP) Make Up Student/Parent Meeting on March 10, 2020 at 7 pm in the LIBRARY

Interested students in 9th, 10th and 11th grades planning to take an AP course in School Year 2020-2021 must attend the Mandatory AP student/parent meeting to register for an AP course.

Come and learn about AP, the courses we offer and the expectations needed for a successful AP experience. This is a necessary step to register for ANY Kalaheo High School AP course. BOTH the student and ONE parent must attend the information session AND submit the AP Enrollment Card with their registration card due in early March.

EARLY COLLEGE Make Up Student/Parent Meeting on March 10, 2020 at 6 pm in the LIBRARY

EXCITING NEW PROGRAM COMING to Kalaheo! Windward Community College (WCC) will be offering Early College (EC) courses on the Kalaheo campus during School Year 2020-2021. Students in10th and 11th grade are eligible to apply and earn dual credits from high school and WCC. Courses offered will be in the Natural Resources and Health Services pathways. Student and a parent are required to attend the Early College meeting in order to register for WCC classes. Pick up an Early Application form in H208, A103 or see Ms. Lindsey or Ms. Gardner.
