Starting from 2021 School Year: Mid-Quarter Grades will ONLY be posted to IC Portal.
Students and Parents who are having trouble logging in, you can contact Ms. Fujii (Librarian) at [email protected] to get help. If necessary, we can "move up" to get more help from our Registrar, Kim Shinno, and even further up to our State IT Help Desk.
This is a basic guide to navigating Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you need further assistance with IC Parent Portal, please contact the Portal Manager, Mrs. Shinno at [email protected]. You can direct username lookup AND password reset requests to Ms. Fujii [email protected] .
IC Portal Tips
STUDENTS:
- Make sure that you're using your SIS number as your Username and NOT your entire email address [Just 12345678 NOT [email protected]]
PARENTS:
- 9.2022: Parent Portal Activation Letters were sent out at the Schedule Drive Through at the beginning of the 22-23 School Year.
- You may have already set up an account. IF you need your Username OR need your password reset, please contact Ms. Fujii ([email protected])
- If you've downloaded the App and it's asking for the District, use "Hawaii" for District Name AND State.
