STUDENTS REFERRED TO HEALTH ROOM
WHEN THE BELL RINGS FOR CLASS,
ALL STUDENTS NEED TO CHECK- IN WITH TEACHER AND GET A PASS
ALL students coming to the health room MUST have an HR pass and student ID. Students arriving without a pass must go back to class and get a pass from their teacher.
The only times that a student may come to the Health room without a pass are: before school, recess, lunch recess and after school.
STUDENTS RELEASED FROM HEALTH ROOM
If the student is ill or injured, a Parent/Legal Guardian will be contacted for student pick up.
If the student is 18 years old, the Parent/Legal Guardian will be contacted for student pick up.
ALL PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS MUST COME TO HEALTH ROOM TO SIGN OUT STUDENT, PLEASE BRING A PHOTO ID.
* If the Parent/Legal Guardian is unable to come to school, or the Parent/Legal Guardian requests that the student be sent home unattended, authorization must be provided by the School Administration.
